TeamBinder works on Kane Constructions’ 5-Star Green Office Building
QA Software’s success on projects undertaken by the Melbourne office of Kane Constructions has led to Kane Queensland choosing TeamBinder as the electronic document control solution for the design and construction of PS1 Springfield - the future headquarters for GE Finance.
Working with Conrad Gargett Architecture and Hutchinson Builders, Kane responded strongly to environmental considerations, for PS1 Springfield, the first in a series of planned 5-Star Green Buildings within this new business precinct in South East Queensland.
The six-level building contains over 12,500m2 of NLA arcing around a courtyard which faces the adjacent parkland, satisfying both 5-Star Green and 4.5 NABERS Ratings.

TeamBinder to service Naval Ship Management
A joint venture between UGL Infrastructure Pty Ltd and Babcock Pty Ltd will provide ship repair and maintenance services for the eight Royal Australian Navy ANZAC frigates in Sydney over the next five years.
UGL chose the TeamBinder solution for web-based collaboration in document control, correspondence and process management servicing the large volume of documents and correspondence to be generated on this project.
According to UGL, TeamBinder benefits include lowered exposure to risk, consistent version control, auditable review and approval process and, automated workflow.

TeamBinder works on Chevron's Perth Headquarters with TBH
Chevron - the largest holder of natural gas resources in Australia – is working with the TBH Group to build its new headquarters in Perth.
Construction of the $430m Australian headquarters will soon commence on land surrounding the Elizabeth Quay development at the corner of Barrack Street and the Esplanade.

TeamBinder deployed on $250 million Wynyard Walk project for TfNSW
The $250 million Wynyard Walk pedestrian project will see the NSW Government provide a world class, fully accessible pedestrian link between Wynyard Station, the developing CBD western corridor and Barangaroo.
After successfully implementing TeamBinder as the web-based project management solution for the North West Rail Link project, TfNSW is deploying TeamBinder to service the large amount of documents and correspondence that will be generated within the landmark Wynyard Walk project.
Wynyard Walk will allow pedestrians to walk between Wynyard Station and the Barangaroo waterfront in around six minutes, avoiding steep inclines and several road crossings. This new walkway will consist of a new western entrance to Wynyard Station (Clarence Street portal) to provide direct access to the station concourse, an underground pedestrian link from the new Western Station entrance to Wynyard Station to the intersection of Kent and Napoleon Streets (approximately 110 metres long) and a pedestrian bridge over Sussex Street, with lifts and escalators connecting to the Barangaroo development.

Eagle Downs for TeamBinder

$8.5 Billion NSW North West Rail Link chooses TeamBinder
The $8.5 billion North West Rail Link rail infrastructure project will see the NSW Government deliver a fast, safe and reliable journey for commuters to Sydney’s growing outer north-west.
Following a stringent search over a two-year period, during which several other international products were also considered, the TeamBinder Document Collaboration system by Melbourne’s QA Software has emerged the winner.
The complexities of this important project led Transport for NSW to undertake a rigorous evaluation of several leading Document Control Collaboration solutions. This involved several months of researching the requirements and specifying them before going to public tender.
TeamBinder will service a large volume of documents and correspondence on Australia’s biggest transport project to date.
The NWRL line consist of eight new railway stations proposed at: Cherrybrook, Castle Hill, Hills Centre, Norwest, Bella Vista, Kellyville, Rouse Hill and Cudgegong Road, the first stage from Epping to Hills Centre Station is scheduled for completion in 2015. This will include the 14-kilometre Epping to Chatswood line. Fifteen kms of tunnels between Bella Vista and Epping will become the longest and deepest rail tunnels ever built in Australia.

GDF SUEZ Bonaparte chooses TeamBinder for Bonaparte LNG Project
GDF SUEZ Bonaparte Pty Ltd has chosen TeamBinder as its electronic document control system for the Bonaparte LNG Project in the Timor Sea, 250km west Darwin.
A 60/40 JV between GDF SUEZ Bonaparte, a subsidiary of GDF SUEZ, one of the world’s leading energy companies, and Santos, one of Australia’s leading gas producers, the project, an innovative solution to gas development, is set to become one of the world’s pioneering floating liquefaction projects.
Bonaparte LNG represents the first foothold in the Australian E&P market for GDF SUEZ.
Bonaparte LNG is expected to produce between two and three million tons of LNG annually.
First gas is scheduled for 2018.
